Prevention Measures against COVID-19
We are taking the following countermeasures against COVID-19, such as avoiding the Three Cs (closed spaces, crowded places, and close-contact settings).

Requests to Guests
- Please wash your hands, gargle, disinfect, and wear a mask to prevent infection.
- Please make sure to wear a mask at the reception.
- Please keep a social distance in crowded places, whether outdoors or indoors.
- Please disinfect your hands with alcohol and wash your hands and gargle regularly. Also, if you are close to other guests, please cooperate in wearing a mask.
- Please refrain from visiting if you have a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher, or if you have a cold or other health problems.
- We recommend installing and using COVID-19 Contact Confirming Application (COCOA).
Efforts at Our Facility
- Alcohol hand sanitizer are placed at main spots of the facility.
- We regularly disinfect points and equipments that are often touched by customers.
- We strive to ventilate the facility on a regular basis.
- Acrylic boards and transparent vinyl curtains are placed at the front desk and shops to prevent droplet infection.
Staff Efforts
- Members of staff who may come into contact with customers or who are involved in cooking always wear a mask.
- Thoroughly wash hands, gargle, disinfect with alcohol, and wear a mask.
- The temperature of staff members are checked when they arrive at work, and if they have a fever or feel unwell, they will not be allowed to work.
- Checking physical condition and providing education and guidance on infection prevention.
